At DMR Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your components or accessories aren't the perfect fit for your ride, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused products in their original retail packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned components, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
